last minute booking

Stonehaven Queen Elizabeth Park Club Campsite
we were staying at another site but didnt like it so we made a last minute booking to come to this site. This site was lovely and clean and well cared for. They changed the bins over as we were there from individual bins to the big up and over skip style in another part of the site. Lovely sea front views just outside the site right on the beach. The immediate area outside the site was a bit run down. Good location though.Tried the famous deep fried mars bar from the shop that invented them not to far from the site, wont be doing that again "yuk"...

Wake at at 9:15 with industrial lawnmower

Stonehaven Queen Elizabeth Park Club Campsite
Excellent location. Nice site let down by the usual club mantra of we're up so you're up. No bins in the site, all been moved to the gate. Fine for us as it means we won't be woken by the 9am emptying regime. But of course the grass can't be left to grow too late in the day so 9:15 the ride on lawnmower fires up. Guess they gotta finish the grass in time to close the showers and loos in the hours before checkout. £46.50 a night and the vans parked on the links for free have a better view as well as nights sleep. Happy holidays.

Great site and fabulous location

Stonehaven Queen Elizabeth Park Club Campsite
Easy access to the site. Great location for beach and walking into town. Plenty of shops and places to eat. If you have a motor home the Coop has a large car park so that we could stock up on the day we left. Weather was cold so we need to return when it’s warmer Wardens were lovely

Brilliant first time visit!!

Stonehaven Queen Elizabeth Park Club Campsite
Brilliant stay for our first visit to Stonehaven, will not be our last!! Wardens are brilliant, very friendly and helpful. Much as are very spacious and site was full but peaceful, we were there the Easter weekend. Close to local amenities and did a super walk to Dunotter Castle. Looking forward to our next visit!!!!
