Membership services

The Membership services department consists of 4 seperate business entities spanning membership operations, travel, U.K. Sites operations and insurance and financial services.

Membership operations

The contact centre employs in the region of 120 staff, both full and part time, who take inbound calls from exisiting and potential Members regarding our full range of products and services. 

Travel services

This area of the business caters for the overseas travel requirements of our membership and includes our Red Pennant breakdown & recovery service.

U.K Sites operations

A team of seven Regional Managers led by the Head of Sites Operations and supported by a Sites Co-ordinator manage the U.K Sites network.

Insurance & financial services   

Providing scheme underwriting/medical screening and technical support to the contact centre regarding all Club insurance products.

Insurance and financial services are also responsible for:

  • Product/third party service.
  • Complaint handling/resolution. 
  • FSA compliance and training.
  • Commercial Insurance arrangements including liaison with Brokers/Centres/Sites Network & health and safety officer.
  • Theftcheck - stolen van registers - including liaison with the police.
  • Relationship management and quality control for third party providers including contracting.
  • Certificated Locations.
  • Liability insurance scheme - including liaison with brokers/Certificated Location owners and all operational functions.
