We are again pleased to offer members the opportunity to experience some of the wonderful Christmas Markets that take place in Europe each year - we have organised a short break to Valkenburg in the Netherlands.
Why not try a Christmas shopping trip with a difference?
This break will take place from 1 – 5 December 2008 (4 nights) at Camping Den Driesch, a small site on the outskirts of the small town of Valkenburg.
We have arranged for a meal in the site restaurant when you will have the chance to meet the site manager and other members.
Within easy reach, you will be able to visit two Christmas Markets in the caves of Valkenburg (within walking distance of the campsite), the market at Maastricht (8 miles away) and the market in Aachen, Germany (16 miles away).
Transport is not included in the package, allowing you to select your own schedule and shop at your own pace. Also, campsite details can be found in Caravan Europe volume 2.
