Important booking information

Before booking

When you phone to make a booking, please make sure you have the following details to hand:

  • Membership number
  • Caravan/motor caravan/trailer tent overall length in metres/feet
  • Name of site
  • Site Booking code
  • Arrival/Departure dates
  • Requirements for awnings
  • Expected time of arrival

Please be aware that some sites become fully booked for peak periods soon after the first booking date.

Payment

  • By credit/debit card: use Caravan Club Visa card/MasterCard/Visa/Delta/Switch/Maestro. Some affiliated sites may not accept these cards - please check at time of booking 
  • By Cheque: Please quote your membership number and booking reference number on the back of cheques and forward to the Membership services department at East Grinstead House. Some Affiliated Sites do not accept these cards.

Amendments & cancellations

Please use the Advance Booking telephone service on 01342 327 490 to make any amendments to your booking. 
 
If you need to cancel please give as much notice as possible for the benefit of other members. Cancellations should be made through the Advance Booking Telephone Service. Cancellations for individual sites can also be made online or direct with the site.

Duration of stay

Bookings can be made for a maximum of 21 nights at any one site. Bookings for more than 21 nights received by post will be reduced at the end of the booked period. 

Tent bookings

At sites where tents bookings are permitted, please book directly with the site. Bookings can only be taken when the site is open.

Touring holidays

If you are booking a touring holiday (a holiday that includes more than one Club Site) we suggest you use the Advance Booking Telephone Service for ease.

Special requests

Whilst we are unable to guarantee special requests or specific pitches in advance, you should contact the Warden at least 14 days before you are due to arrive with your request and they will do their very best to assist you on arrival.

Late arrival

If you have booked a pitch and intend to arrive after 8pm, please inform the Warden. If you arrive late and stay on the late night arrivals area, the per capita fee must be paid, but not the pitch fee.
