The Caravan Club tries to cater for all of our members needs whatever their touring preferences. We provide a choice of pitch types to accommodate everyone's tastes. Whilst not all are available on all sites the following explains the different pitch types you can find on the network.
Standard pitch with awning
Pitches that can be either grass or hardstanding, have shared electric hook-up and space for an awning.
Standard pitch without awning
As above without space for an awning, if you do not have an awning please select a non awning pitch if available.
Economy Pitches
Economy pitches are grass and have no electric hook up. They offer extremely good value to members requiring no facilities to pitch. Some sites have the option of economy pitches with or without awning. If you do not have an awning please select an economy pitch without awning (if available).
Serviced Pitches
These pitches provide all-weather surface and generally an individual ground level inlet to accept grey water. Further shared facilities include illuminated electrical hook-up bollard and drinking water. There is an additional charge of £1 per night for this pitch type.
Super Pitches
Where available, these pitches offer individual facilities, including all-weather pitching surface, illuminated electrical hook-up bollard (including booster TV aerial outlet), facilities for drinking water, grey water and chemical disposal, ground level inlet to accept foul water (grey water or sewage) and privacy hedge between each pitch. There is an additional charge of £2 per night for this pitch type.
