To Book a Certificated Location
Always book direct with CL owner, detailing your name, address, telephone number and membership number (do not use Club Sites booking forms from Sites Directory or The Club Magazine). Please do not telephone after 9pm. Advance booking is advised at all times but especially for peak periods.
Fees
Unless otherwise stated, no separate charge will be levied for electric hook-ups (where provided). The fees shown online or in the Directory are the minimum you can expect to pay and may have changed since publication of the Sites Directory & Handbook. Always check when booking and preferably again on arrival.
Payment method
Prior to your arrival, please check with the owner which payment method they would prefer and remember CLs cannot accept Site night vouchers.
Deposits
CL owners may choose to request a deposit or booking fees. We recommend that you check at the time of booking whether the deposit is refundable and, if so, how much prior notice they will require should the need arise to cancel the booking.
