The Personnel department is responsible for the welfare of all
Club staff both within East Grinstead and across the sites network,
advising on the formulation of Club policy and procedure in respect
of recruitment, training and development, employee benefits and
employment law.
An individual section within the department specifically
co-ordinates and administrates all personnel related matters for
the sites network which employs up to 700 staff in peak
periods.
Most of our recruitment and some of our training is handled in
house. Assessment centres, which we have created ourselves, are
used for many of our key appointments and we are proud of our
bespoke NVQ which forms the foundation of the development of our
Site wardens.
