With almost 200 sites across the UK and Ireland, The Caravan
Club is the place to be if you want your work to take you to some
of the most beautiful locations in the country.
We currently employ over 600 staff at peak times to ensure that
visitors to our sites have a warm welcome and are able to enjoy a
fulfilling and happy holiday in a safe and secure environment.
All of the staff on our sites are Club members, after all, who
better to understand the ingredients required for the perfect
caravanning experience. Wardens and Assistant Wardens will spend
from 4 -10 months on site each year, some prefer to work just the
summer months and others just the winter, we can cater for most
requirements.
Members with the right mix of skills and experience who are
interested in being part of this dedicated, hardworking team will
need to participate in The Clubs' recruitment process. This
consists of an assessment day, followed by work experience on
site.
Becoming an Assistant Warden for The Caravan Club can be a very rewarding and enjoyable lifestyle. We employ all manner of different people from a variety of backgrounds and walks of life. You too can be a part of this exceptional team.
The Club has many volunteers working on the Sites Network from all walks of life. It is a great way to experience how The Club sites are maintained and operated and also offers the opportunity to put something back into The Club - offering a very rewarding experience.
