The new look CL pages have just been launched

Perhaps a search facility, linked into a map using lat. and long. may help? A lot of EU sites now seem to be adding this to their site details. Oh dear I feel a headache coming on!

Write your comments here... If you search the sites info you will find that all the sites on a list for sat navs & are located based upon lat & long but in decimal format (easy to convert x60 for mins & x60 again for secs

I am really looking forward to photos and reviews being on CL sites. My husband is a real fuss pot and if he does not see a photo of the place then he will not consider it!  So for us more CLs I hope.  As for the directory I never use it for CLs as I can never find anything.  Not living on mainland UK I am rubbish at counties and never really know where to start so web search for us.  

Hi just a thought when the cl have sent a photo in of the site would it be possible to show a camerae  symbol so we don't have to keep looking on every one and waiting for it to up load?

I agree.  I sent my photos in weeks ago but they haven't been put on yet although my write-up has!  I look nearly every day to see if they have been added.  I have also been looking to book a CL for a short stay and have been unsuccesful in finding any with photos on yet.

Glad I`m not the only CL owner who has been waiting for the photos to appear! The write-up is there,but nothing else.Would be useful to have a way of being notified when anyone rates/reviews the CL.(How do other CL owners cope with rubbish not being sorted into recycling bins; despite there being very clear signs displayed above each bin? It`s horrid having to sort through bags; extracting plastic bottles, drink cans etc from amidst used tissues, teabags,dog-poo bags etc!)

It says awaiting photos from CL on website but this is not the case as we sent our photos in at the same time as we sent the details. Hope they can get them in soon.

So glad other CL owners have commented on here - now I know I'm not the only owner waiting for photos.  I guess the Club have alot to put on so we will just have to wait our turn!  Love this discussion forum - it makes me feel like I'm not alone!  And Whitestone, have you read all my comments about recycling?  Again, I'm glad I'm not alone with my rubbish problems!

I think we should have a CL Owners section on here! It`s really encouraging being able to `chat` with other owners.

Maybe the staff at the Caravan Club could comment on here and let us know when the photos will appear, as it looks as though we haven`t sent them in - `awaiting image from CL owner`!We`ve submitted them!
