Very friendly helpful wardens, bus stops directly outside of th egate and tons to see in Bristol. Would recommend the hop on hop off bus . Post liked!

The site was meticulously maintained and very welcoming wardens. The wharfside walks are lovely and there's a waterside pub within 100 metres of the rear gate. Don't forget the water buses which make the trip into the city centre a very nice experience. Good shops too. We'll be back as soon as we can manage it. Post liked!

It is well placed and the walk along the wharf is both relaxing and interesting with much to occupy you. It gets a big thumbs up from us. Post liked!

The back gate leads directly on to a wide footpath along the waterfront which is car-free and you can walk for 1/2 mile in each direction without encountering traffic, although there are quite a few bikes. I wouldn't let the urban nature of the site put you off, there are plenty of lovely waterside walks. Post liked!
