It's non-stick, with a decent sized lip around it and very practical. I've cooked breakfasts, bolognese and chickn faijitas in it. A whole-hearted recommendation. Post liked!

They have me a bit bemused with high and low pressure options? I like the idea of the paella pan but I also like to griddle - not too fussed about barbecuing though as I find it a bit messy. After 1 year with it i have ditched the skottle, the BBQ grill and the pan warmer,I added the piella pan and the spatula and im away to get the pizza stone, its not cheep but we use it for everything, cooked chilli, spag bol, curry, paellas, its never ending,i havent known anyone to cook a whole chicken on it yet but they say you can. Shop around the prices vary and you can get different models with less parts in the so the cost can come down using the money to buy the bits you want. Post liked!
