What's your role at The Club?
I'm a site warden at New Forest Caravan Club Centenary Site.
Which Club Site is your favourite and
why?
New Forest Caravan Club Centenary Site, my wife Lyn and I have
been wardens here for the last 4 years. We enjoy this large busy
site within the picturesque New Forest and not far from the Dorset
coast. It's great for summer holidays and for families, or for
couples to enjoy the freedom of the forest for cycling and
walking.
Have you ever been on a caravanning
holiday?
Yes, many. We have been members for 24 years and have enjoyed
touring the British Isles, France and Spain. We live in our tourer
so life is one long holiday.
And lastly...
I was a chef in the real world and still enjoy cooking. When on
holiday it is nice to keep meals simple. I enjoy fresh fruit and it
can be refreshing and light after a summer BBQ. Here's my recipe
for fruit summer kebabs.
