This month we introduce you to Jean, Schemes Administrator.
Jean - Schemes Administrator

What's your role at The
Club?
My job title is Schemes Administrator - my responsibilities are
to look after the day to day operations of the external products we
supply to our member such as the breakdown scheme through
Green Flag, the credit card from Barclaycard and insurance
from Devitts.
Which Club site is your favourite, and why?
It has to be Haycraft Caravan Club Site
near Swanage. I have always loved Dorset and have happy memories of
several childhood holidays in the county.
I have stayed in the cottage at Haycraft several times and last
year I booked it through Welcome Cottages and
spent Christmas there with the whole family. It was one of the best
Christmasses we have ever had.
Have you ever been on a caravanning holiday?
Yes, twice, a static at Bracklesham Bay as a 12 year old and
again at Dawlish when my children were little.
Getting out and about is core to caravanning, what activities
do you enjoy?
I enjoy cycling and country walks, especially if it involves
a pub lunch halfway round. I can also provide a mean picnic
for such occasions! Badminton - I only started playing a
couple of years ago but I really love it and would never turn down
the chance of a game of doubles which is more fun than singles.
What sporting activity do you like to participate in (or watch)
and why?
I dont really watch sport - except for a bit of Wimbledon
now and again.
