The Caravan Club Contact Centre

Please note that, with immediate effect, the Contact Centre is
now available to take your calls relating to Membership, UK Site
bookings, Insurance and Travel bookings from 8:45am every morning
(previously 9:00am).
Whilst members are reminded that it may be easier to get
straight through if they call later in the day, this small change
will help us better manage the early morning peak in call
volumes.
Calls are always greater on a Monday so calling later in the
week may also be helpful if your call can wait until then.
Alternatively, many of The Club's products and services can be
accessed 24/7 via our website.
Our opening hours are under constant review and any future
changes, to respond to member needs, will be advised via the
magazine and the website.
Please be aware that the main switchboard retains its existing
opening time of 9:00am.
