Host of festive events planned at Hanbury Hall

Published: 15 November 2011

Hanbury Hall in Worcestershire has a number of festive events on the cards, which may encourage people to book a site in the area.

Located near Droitwich Spa, Hanbury Hall is an 18th century house that is ideal for all the family to visit.

Christmas festivities include traditional carol concerts, which are scheduled to take place on 15, 16 and 17 December from 19:30 GMT in the Main Hall.

Tickets are priced at £13.50, which includes mulled wine and a mince pie during the interval.

During the first three weekends in December, Hanbury Hall will be opening its doors to families, who can marvel at the decorations before going to meet Father Christmas in his grotto.

Alice Eddy, visitor services manager at the hall, said: "These events are a really unique opportunity to get in the festive spirit. There's lots to see and do for all the family here at Hanbury Hall this winter."
