Pay as you go mobile phones and sim cards in Spain
Members who have a Spanish "pay as you go" mobile or sim card who
did not register their personal details at the time of purchase in
Spain will find their service suspended from November 2009. Due to
a change in the law and as a result of the terrorist attacks in
Madrid 2004, new legislation has been passed that all "pay as you
go" phones must be registered by the owners.
To register you need to take your phone and passport to one of
your phone operator's sales outlets. Registration is not possible
at top up only outlets.
Watch your speed in France

roads/duel carriageways- 90-110 k/ph. If your outfit is over 3.5t
the following limits apply: Motorways - 90k/ph. Priority/duel

vigilant, and if a road sign indicates a lower speed limit drop
your speed accordingly.
