North Yorkshire is the largest county in England and is renowned for its outstanding unspoilt scenery, picturesque villages and lively market towns.

The county offers ideal walking opportunities with its dramatic coastline, colourful heather moorland and stunning river vales. For those that enjoy bird watching a number of different species can be spotted at the North Yorkshire Moors National Park.

Take a stroll into the past by visiting one of the many castles or abbey ruins and discover how people lived hundreds of years ago.
