Caravan sites and parks in Anglesey

The county of Anglesey is situated in north west Wales. The island is primarily a farming area and is connected to the mainland by two bridges over the Menai Strait. The village with the longest name, Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwilllantysiliogogogoch, is located in this county.

There are many attractions on offer in this area including golf clubs, museums, a zoo, a butterfly palace, castles and gardens. There are stunning beaches and beautiful countryside to explore and for the more adventurous there is a great choice of outdoor activities including sea kayaking, surfing, sailing and climbing.

Anglesey has a wide choice of coffee shops, tearooms and restaurants offering menus catering for all tastes. Shopping facilities include main high street and small gift shops.
