The Club can send you emails for various reasons and it's good
for you to know what they are. This section outlines what sort of
emails we send and why.
Just so you know, The Club will never send you emails asking for
any sensitive information, such as bank details, so if you're
suspicious do let us know by calling 01342 326 944
or email enquiries@caravanclub.co.uk.
Booking confirmations
Whenever you make a booking online, we'll send you a booking
confirmation to your registered email address. It contains all the
relevant information for your booking.
Booking cancellation
If you should need to cancel your booking online we'll also send
you an email confirmation showing it has been cancelled.
Newsletters
The Club sends a monthly email newsletter containing all manner
of offers and news that benefit Club members.
Club services and products
The Club also sends a variety of other promotional emails for
Club services. These contain things like new site openings, travel
service offers, insurance products and more.
Ask a question
The Club's 'Ask a question' service allows members to find out
the answers to their questions themselves. Occasionally though, the
answer isn't there so members need to email us through the system
which means they may receive emails.
Change of email and password
Members who have registered with the website can change their
email address and password online. When a change is made we'll send
an email confirming it's been done.
Password reminder
Members who are registered with the website can request a
password reminder should they need it. We then email it out to
them.
Join online and renewal confirmation
When an individual joins online, or a current member renews
their membership, we send confirmation emails. These emails are
similar to the text only emails shown above.
Online surveys
The Club has teamed up with Harris Interactive, a leading
independent market research company to help run our Member
Research Panel. To ensure you receive these emails,
follow the instructions given in the recent invitation email from
caravanclubresearchpanelsurveys@harrisinteractive.net and add
this email address to your Safe Senders or Address Book.
Individual correspondence with Club staff
There may be times when members correspond directly with staff
or departments at The Club. In these instances, all email addresses
will end with ...@caravanclub.co.uk.
