While most pages of The Caravan Club website will have a
'printer-friendly' option, which will print the web page in plain
text without formatting, visitors may experience problems printing
some pages.
Using your browser's 'Print' function
To print full articles, you will get the best results by
printing the version found by clicking on the 'printer-friendly'
option, or alternatively, select Print under the File menu.
One way to minimise problems is to change the layout.
- Go to the File menu at the top of the browser menu bar and
select Page Setup.
- Change your page orientation to Landscape rather than
Portrait.
You can see what the page will look like when you print it by
using the Print Preview function that is in the File menu of your
browser window.
Tips for printing PDF documents
You can print PDF documents by downloading and printing the
Acrobat file associated with the document. Select Print under
Acrobat's File menu to print the document.
Acrobat PDF files are quite large and retrieving them may take
several minutes. The speed depends primarily on the speed of your
network connection, the volume of Internet traffic, and the speed
and available memory of your own computer. You must display the PDF
version in the Acrobat Reader before it can be printed.
Because PDF files are large, it is better to close any open PDF
documents before opening a new one to avoid memory limitations.
