Cedar built chalet, built approx 1964, 2 bedroom 4/5 berth. has had new roof (approx 5 years ago) and full front deck with balustrade 2 years ago. Chalet has 13 years left of a 15 year lease, enabling it to be used for 12 months of the year - residential owners are welcomed on site. Will be sold fully furnished and ready to use (The contents will make up £5000 of the purchase price and will therefore be part of the sale price, and the purchase of the chalet is conditional to the purchase of the contents with it. The chalet park take a percentage of the sale price from me, so the contents are being sold 'privately'. ) The site is a quiet, family orientated park with a clubhouse/restaurant, small shop and launderette. The clubhouse is open 12 months of the year as there are a lot of full time residents as well as chalets and caravans to let. The chalet park is approx 75m from the beach, which is accessed via steps over the dunes. There is a sand train which runs from the town centre to the seal sanctuary and back and it has a stop by the steps to the chalet park. The town is approx 15 mins walk or you can catch the land train the stops at the park entrance. Mablethorpe is approx 23 miles north up the coast from Skegness and Ingoldmells.
