Luxury static caravan available for private sale at Haven's Allhallows Leisure Park near Rochester in Kent. The caravan is a Swift Moselle 2013 which is a 2-bedroom (6-berth) and is 38` x 12`. It's a top-of-the-range model with double glazing & gas central heating, front-opening patio doors with access to an enclosed decking area, a fully fitted kitchen, and spacious rooms throughout. The park runs a 9.5 month season, and has no age policy for the caravans so you can keep it on site for as long as you want. The caravan is in excellent condition throughout and hasn't had a lot of use. The owner paid £50,000 for it two years ago, and it's now for sale at £30,000 which includes site fees for 2021 and the owner transfer fee, so it's a great price for someone. The owner is leaving a new washing machine, CCTV & alarm system, air-con unit, a TV in the second bedroom, and the original inventory including pots & pans, kettle, toaster and crockery. There was a new boiler fitted last year worth £1200. It's sited on the Thameside area of the park, which is just a few rows back from the seafront, and has a hedge running behind so no one can walk through. There are lots of storage cupboards and plenty of work-space. Being open-plan means you aren't away from the family if you're preparing a meal. The caravan has two large bedrooms (one double and a twin-single). The master bedroom is the full width of the caravan and has lots of floor-space and storage, and comes with an Ottoman style flip-up storage bed, an en-suite toilet, two large double-wardrobes, a large dressing table, bedside cabinets, and overhead lockers. The twin room has its own wardrobe & overhead storage lockers, and originally had 2 single beds but they've been removed. Finally, there's a family wash-room with a double-shower, toilet and sink. Allhallows is a great holiday park, looking over the River Thames estuary towards Southend. It is just 1/2 hour away from the M25, but feels like a real countryside location. The park has a 9.5 month season (including being open for Christmas and New Year), and is a mostly owners site (90% of caravans are privately owned). There is a real community feel amongst the owners. The park facilities include a 9-hole golf-course, a fishing lake, heated indoor and outdoor pools, nightly entertainment, a newly refurbished clubhouse, arcades, sports court, 24hr security, and a great grounds team that keeps the park tidy. All of these activities are free for owners to use, and there is also an active owners team who organise events. Allhallows has no caravan age policy, and the caravan is in great condition so will make its new owners happy for many years.
