Cosalt Fairway 2007, (2007)

This holiday home has stunning views of Swanage Bay, Steam Railway and Purbeck Hills on the world heritage site of the Jurassic Coast in the beautiful county of Dorset. Swanage has many events going on throughout the year. Places nearby are Corfe Castle, Monkey World, Lulworth, Durdle Door and Studland to Sandbanks chain ferry. The South West Coastal Path is close to the holiday park. The caravan may need slight refurbishment to put your own stamp on it although a lot of the equipment is fairly new. The outside space has a patio with a storage unit, a beer garden style picnic bench and parking space. All the contents are included with the sale which includes 2x TV’s. The park also has Wifi. The park is open from 1st March until 5th January. The caravan is licensed until 31st October 2024. You can choose to upgrade the caravan to a new one at any time without losing the pitch and a new licence will be issued.
