Lovely Two bedroom double glazed, heating in every room static caravan sleeps six, with integrated storage at the back, it is very spacious. The kitchen has a fridge with freezer compartment, full size cooker & slimline Hotpoint dishwasher. It has been kept in excellent condition. Large lounge with wrap around seating, and a corner dinning table. The two bedrooms are a good size, with the main bedroom having double aspect windows, and silver bedroom furniture. The beds have all been replaced with good quality mattresses. Shower room and ensuite toilet and sink. It has full decking front and sides with a gate. We have a horizon sea view, plus a grassy area with pub style wooden table & seating. Based on a Haven site, Doniford Bay, Somerset, only four minutes walk to the entertainment lounge, but enough not to be troubled with noise. We have an end caravan, and we are next to a dog walking lane which is very handy. There is a beach, though it's more suited to walking or rock pooling, dogs enjoy the stream that runs along the beach. It has the usual Haven facilities, entertainment lounge, indoor and outdoor swimming, amusement arcade, restaurant, shop and exclusive owners lounge. The season runs from 1st March until 30th November. The site fees are approx £6,000 per season plus you have to allow approx £1,500 for rates, water, insurance etc. We currently let it for some weeks of the season. Reluctant sale. £27,000Private sale.
