I am selling this caravan for my widowed mother-in-law. It is now CRiS registered in my name (I believe I am the 3rd keeper). The caravan was towed to our house by a family friend about a year ago after my father-in-law died suddenly. My mother-in-law briefly lived in it before moving into sheltered accommodation. It has been plugged into our house mains electric since, we have kept the fridge/freezer (Thetford) and heating on (Truma ultraheat), it is clean and not damp. We have all the original cushions and seating in good condition. The caravan stored undercover with the heater on and was used infrequently. I never saw the caravan pitched, my mother in laws memory is poor and I don't know much about the caravan and accessories, though i have a large box file full of instructions including the original owner’s handbook, motor movers’ receipt (£2100 in 2010). Buyer to collect please, I have never towed a caravan and have no wish to start with one this large. The very best thing about the caravan is the ‘Motor Movers’ (Evo Powrtouch with electrical automatic engagement), it can be driven like a large remote-control car from outside the caravan (video available), this is truly amazing and does works very well. I used the motor movers to back the caravan to the side of our house. I have found an instructional video for these motor motors on YouTube and can supply the link The caravan is 6 berths. There is a pull-out support between the sofas in the front lounge which forms a double bed using the sofa back rests to fill in the gap. The 2 sofas in the rear lounges are bed size with fold out bunks above them. We have the ladders for these bunk beds, but unfortunately can’t find the cot sides for the bunk beds. There is an extendable table in the front lounge and a fold down coffee table. We have the caravan plugged into our house electrics, it has 240v plug sockets inside and on the outside. It has gas oven (Thetford) and heating (Thetford) and an external gas BBQ point. There is a shower and cassette toilet (Thetford) which haven't been used for over a year, there is hot and cold running water in the kitchen area. Gas oven which looks unused and microwave (Sharp) work. External water barrels and waste collection (Aquaroll) are included, there is an internal water tank, there also seem to be a hot water tank. The roof aerial (vision plus status 315 directional TV antenna) is easily extendable when pitched and folds flat during towing. The front area carpet and bathroom carpet are removable, with vinyl flooring underneath, though i have left them in place for most photographs. There is an unused spare carpet for the front area. There is a thin screen separating the back bedroom area. There is a stereo and tv aerial point. The windows are security etched and I believe there is may also an alarm (Sargent) and tracker (Phantom). There are various awnings which I haven't seen pitched, one is inflatable, pump included. There are 2 gas bottles and an electric hook up cable. There is an Alko hitch which may be a security feature and 2-wheel clamps. There are also twin stabilisers (Alko AKS 3004), which are I think a towing aid. The aluminium step is included. The caravan has alloy wheels. Unfortunately, one of the side windows in the front area did leak slightly under very heavy rainfall (I then covered the window externally during the winter’s storms, which worked well) There is no obvious problem to see, there is no damp, it is likely a fault with the seal and will need attention. The windows and skylights have fly screens. I checked the gas ovens, hobs and heating, electrics, motor movers, hot and cold running water in kitchen, bathroom and shower yesterday and have videos of them working if helpful. I have found a 2-minute commercial video of this caravan model online and can supply link if helpful. Ours is exactly the same, apart from bunk bed sides. Please come and see this caravan (I can squirt a hose pipe at the window seal if helpful to demonstrate the leak) and make an offer. It is in Newmarket, Suffolk. Please ask questions, further photos and videos are available.
