Lunar Clubman ES 2010 4 Berth Single Axle . My wife & I have owned this since new No children or pets have used the caravan & we are non smokers There is a very well equipped Kitchen with gas & electric hob, grill, oven, fridge freezer and microwave. Moving to the front, the lounge area is bright and spacious. This is a great place to relax & very comfy. The Lounge Seats convert quickly and easily into a Large Double Bed when required. Opposite the kitchen is the side dinette which will convert into a single bed & a bunk above (neither has ever been used) . This area can be partitioned off via the curtain which stores neatly away in a little cupboard when required to separate it from the lounge/ kitchen area. At the back of the Caravan is a Modern large washroom featuring a Sink, Vanity Unit and a separate shower, electric flush cassette toilet. Electric & gas ALDE central heating + hot water, stereo, removable carpets, blinds, fly screens. The middle roof light houses an extractor fan that has 3 speeds & can be reversed to blow air into the caravan as well Outside there is a gas BBQ point, 240v socket, alloy wheels, spare wheel, alarm, Alko Stabiliser complete with ATC & a Power Touch motor mover. This can be a very spacious 2 berth or a lovely 3 or 4 berth family caravan. Security wise there is a Alko secure wheel lock, Hitch Lock & a phantom tracker fitted I have 2 sets of keys, Cris Documentation, original receipt when we purchased the caravan & all the instruction manuals . Comes with a brand new unopenned Kamptech Duchess Awning, Memory foam matress topper, collapsible step, Electric hook up cable.
