Why stay here ...

The Oaks Holiday Park is situated in beautiful Cornish Countryside just outside the coastal town and fishing port of Looe. We are a small, quiet site offering peaceful family holidays. There are lovely scenic views and a good area for waliking.

Each pitch has EHU, individual waste points and shared water as well as a shared heated & modernised W/C & Shower block. With no clubhouse or bar it is the perfect place for stepping back and unwinding with friends and loved ones. There is plenty of space here to walk your four-legged friends, including around some tranquil ponds, perfect for a stroll or even a picnic. For those who like to get out and about you can pick up the south-west coast path nearby.

You can hire a boat at Looe for sea fishing, Looe Golf Club is 1 mile away.

We are sorry but electric cars cannot be charged on this CL.  Our nearest charging point is 3 miles away at Millpool car park in Looe.

We have a minimum two night booking policy.

An absolute Gem

The Oaks Holiday Park
We had the pleasure of staying at the Oaks for quite a while and can not recommend it enough. The site is very well kept with excellent amenities the showers and toilets of a high standard and they are kept immaculate. The showers are very powerful with plenty of hot water. The views from the site are amazing and you can walk down to a small lake. There is a small shop at the reception that has lots of nice essentials and also some naughty treats too (local ice cream) which is nice. The laundry service provided is excellent. From the moment we booked speaking to Louise who was so friendly and then the warm welcome we got from Olive, they all make you feel so welcome and are always on hand to help with advice. We can not leave out Andrew who is constantly working so hard around the site with a friendly smile and a wave If you are thinking of visiting Looe this is a must stay.

A lovely site and well worth a stay.

The Oaks Holiday Park
We booked well ahead for a 4 night stay the week after the April16th Lockdown easing. A lovely site perched on the top of a hill overlooking a wooded valley. As well as the CL there is also a small holiday complex. 5 static vans, 3 pods, a couple of 'Glamping' tents and another 5 tourers on self contained hard standing pitches. The CL grass pitches are slightly sloping but generous in size and all with EHU's in easy reach. The chemical disposal point and waste water are adjacent the toilet and shower block and all seem fairly new. C an't comment on the toilet facilities as they were locked due to Covid restrictions. However if they are anything like the rest of the site they should be very well maintained. Good dog walking with access to the perimeter of a a large field on one side and a walk down the wooded valley to some ponds below the site. Free WiFi. Pleasant reception with some basic groceries, ice cream etc. Handy for visiting Looe, Fowey, Eden Project etc. One word of caution though - the lanes leading to the site are very narrow and have to be negotiated with respect and caution! We will be visiting again - just hope the cold east wind has gone though next time!

absolute gem of a site

The Oaks Holiday Park
Stayed here for thirteen nights from the 4th august. Well kept and well run by Olive and Andrew, Showers and toilets spotless and well maintained. Nothing was too much trouble and made to feel very welcome. Local ice cream is available from reception and on a Saturday you can order fresh bread, scones, pasties and sausage rolls from the local bakery which i can highly recommend

Wow!

The Oaks Holiday Park
This is a hidden gem of a CL, what stunning views from the caravan with a delightful dog walk into the valley direct from the site. Nearby Seaton beach is also dog friendly with a very welcoming beach café. What can be better than eating freshly cooked fish and chips sat on the beach on a warm sunny evening! The owners gave a warm and friendly welcome and provided a local information pack on arrival and were happy to answer any questions we had about the area during our 2 week stay. Would we go again, you bet we will.

Lovely site

The Oaks Holiday Park
We have just come back from a lovely 6 night stay at Polborder Farm. We received a very warm welcome from owners, who even gave us a information pack about the local area. The site is slightly sloping, but the grass is well mowed. The toilets and showers are spotless, only 3 miles from Looe .W e went down to Seaton Sands most nights, two good pubs both dog friendly and so was the beach. We will definitely go back.
