Cirencester Certificated Locations

Located on the River Churn in the English county of Gloucestershire, Cirencester is the largest town in the Cotswold District and has a wealth of history dating back to the Roman times.

Much of this is housed by the excellent Corinium Museum, but it is still possible to check out the Roman amphitheatre and a portion of the Roman wall within the Abbey Grounds.

For more outdoor pursuits, there's Cirencester Park, the Westonbirt Arboretum and the Cotswold Water Park.

Anyone who enjoys a spot of retail therapy will be in their element in Cirencester, as there are shopping centres around the Market Place, plus two arcades and Black Jack Street for quirky independents that are well worth a bit of exploration.

There will also be no problem finding a bite to eat during your break, as the town can offer everything from pub grub and afternoon tea to Indian and Chinese at one of its many pubs, cafes and restaurants.
