Relaxing Site

Greystone Farm
Spent a weekend at Greystone Farm. Really relaxing CL. Easy to get to and find. The field is slightly sloping and undulating. Pitches are not marked but there is plenty of space for 5 units. There is a small "farm shop" which operates with an honesty box for cash, or there is a card machine (do it yourself), or you can pay by bank transfer. The shop stocks milk, cheese, meat, ice cream and dog treats amongst other things. There is also instructions for local walks and a large map outside the shop for a number of these walks. We walked the 8 mile loop to Ebrington, via Vegetable Matters, for cake and coffee, then stopped at Chipping Campden for lunch at the Noel Arms and back to site via Broad Campden. This site is not too far from home for us, so is a contender when we want to have a short journey to a relaxing weekend away from it all.

Just wonderful

Greystone Farm
We spent two wonderful nights at this peaceful CL surrounded by open fields with walks in all directions. Best of all, Luna, our Border Collie, quickly made friends with Franky and Fly, the farm's own delightful BCs which really made our stay all the more enjoyable. We liked the self-service farm shop, enjoyed trying out some of the walks, and most of all enjoyed the free-and-easy atmosphere and plenty of space for each pitch. In our view, this is well up amongst the best CLs we have visited in more than 35 years of touring, and we hope to make more use of it in future.

Great for touring walking Cotswolds

Greystone Farm
Our 1st CL with CAMC however we have always gone to basic sites as we enjoy smaller sites. Enjoyed watching the Red Kites and hubby was happy with the Spitfire doing a few flypasts. Sausages and Cotswold Icecream from the little shed is a must. Owners friendly as well as the farm dogs. They certainly know the fraise where is your ball. Very quiet at night and stars were excellent. Loved the walk to the Polish Memorial we extended the walk, down to the pub first and around great history. We didn’t think it was that noisy for a farm enjoyed our stay. Would go again when in area.

Perfect CL just what we were hoping for

Greystone Farm
Having just picked up our new Barefoot and newbies to the tranquil life of touring this fabulous site was the perfect spot. We couldn't have wished for anything more. A warm welcome from Emma and the dogs, we loved the laid back feel, very much appreciated her top tips and advice on CLs too. A beautiful peaceful location, stunning views and fabulous walks from the site. Loved the honesty little farm shed, full of goodies produced on the farm and nearby. Delicious luxury milk and ice cream. We found the access to the site straight forward and easy which was a relief as new to towing, plenty of room in the field to manoeuvre. Felt spacious to us with water tap and waste close by. We will certainly be back, thanks Emma for a fabulous stay we thoroughly enjoyed our first experience as caravanners. Would highly recommend to anyone picking up a Barefoot just down the road and new to caravanning as a place to try out your new outfit.
