A Hidden Gem

Martins Farm
We received a very warm and friendly reception from Matt, Tory and family at Martins farm. There are dogs and chickens roaming around and horses in the field, making for that real country farm feel. Access is via a security gate onto a track leading up to the main site. The pitches are spacious with EHU, the site maintained to a very high standard. Water is easy accessible, soiled waste is in a discreet area nearer the main house, hand gel and cleaning spray readily available. Adults only & surrounded by fields this site is idyllic for a peaceful break away. Watching the Deer play in the field was delightful. It really is the most beautiful & tranquil place. A real hidden Gem, this is by far one of the best Caravan sites we have had the pleasure to stay at. We really didn't want leave. Without a doubt we will be returning . Thank you Matt & Tory for providing such a Gorgeous place to stay.

Lovely site

Martins Farm
A lovely very peaceful site with easy access to the New Forest. Spacious pitches with water not too far away. The toilet emptying point is down the drive pictured in the gallery near to the house. It is a little farther than normal but does not detract from the overall site rating in my view.

Peace and Quiet

Martins Farm
Lovely site which we have visited in our caravan 5 times. Tory and Matt are very welcoming and informative. Very spacious and well maintained pitches with a beautiful outlook. Stayed in June and July this year (a week each time). Had family stay in the shepherds hut at the same time - they were delighted with the comfortable and clean accommodation. We love taking our bikes to this site as it is right on the edge of the New Forest. Hesitant to leave too good a review as we might have problems booking in the future. Can't fault it and will be back soon! Kerry & Sue

Excellent CL Site

Martins Farm
What an amazing welcome from Tory, probably one of the best in my 9 years of staying on sites. Handed a detailed welcome sheet with all the information needed for our stay. The pitches are spacious and well maintained and the site is peaceful. This site is perfect for dog walking in the open forest.

Excellent CL

Martins Farm
What a lovely well kept and peaceful site. We only stayed two nights but will definitely be back here and have already recommended it to fellow travelers. (I am only worried that all the good reviews will make it hard to book in future!) We particularly appreciated the spacing of each pitch which is a priority for us and we felt very private. Met by Matt who was very welcoming and gave us all the info we needed but then left us to get on with our stay which is what we like. Lovely dogs, chickens, horses, guinea fowl etc. on site. Easy access to the forest. Very "Covid" prepared with sanitiser and anti-bac at appropriate points. Useful info sheet re walks, just wish I could have borrowed a dog...... We didn't travel other than on foot as this was a "get back into it trip" after last year's lockdowns. Will bring our cycles next time. Local shop/post office friendly. Highly recommended.
