Winter Bliss

Enjoyed a lovely stay at this site during the first two weeks in January 2019. Found the site easy to get to, and the owners very welcoming and helpful. Although we were on the hardstanding, which has ample space for two outfits during the winter months, the grassed area is large and flat with numerous electric points giving you the freedom to pitch virtually where you like. It was excellent for cycling in the New Forest, which has a special charm at that time of year, and the added benefit of being far less busy. Will definitely be going back to this site again.

Lovely quiet spot

We stayed here for three nights, whilst attending the New Forest Marathon. The farm is very peaceful, if a little far from many amenities. Hang on though, we are talking a rural farm, so take a cycle. Earlier comments about the owners dogs, well they did bark at us one evening; but we were returning late from the Indian. I feel they had every right to bark and enquire who we were. They have a job to do. The owners were very pleasant, and helpful. The toilet disposal point was down a lane, and if you have mobility problems, a trolley will be essential. Overall very peaceful, lovely views, especially at sunrise.

Fantastic CL Site in New Forest.

We have just returned from a 5 night break at Martins Farm, which was superb. Quiet and idyllic, yet close enough to all the amenities and wonderful things to do in this beautiful area of the country. We received a warm welcome from Tory and the dogs, and nothing was any trouble at all. The site is clean and well kept and the pitches are spacious, which is important to us. We had lovely days out on the Isle of Wight and at The Beaulieu Estate, all very accessible from Martins Farm. Will definitely be booking for next year, and would highly recommend this site. Delightful well kept site in great location

An absolute gem. Very easy access in a delightful part of the countryside. Extremely peaceful, with lovely walks all around. Easy access to Lyndhurst, Fritham is lovely with a great pub (The Royal Oak). Delicious lunches in again delightful surroundings. Tory the owner was a mine of useful information and with her advice we saw ponies and foals galore. The site is spacious with very well kept grass, large trees and wild grasses to the edge providing a spectacle of bird activity. We had some friends come to visit who were equally impressed with our spot. Thank you

Nice spacious cl

We liked this cl for its peaceful location, and the fact that the large flat field gives the opportunity of massive spaces between pitches especially if you have an extra electric lead as you can pitch anywhere in the field in the summer months There is good walking just up the road where a footpath takes you into the woods. There are 3 pubs nearby, within walking distance if you don't mind a decent walk. I would go again.
