Friendly helpful welcome and stay...

The new owners are rapidly learning how CL’s work and yet made first class hosts. Brilliant site with just a few rules all put together in such a way as to make your stay stress free. Go again, you betcha. Thanks to Jo and Chris for the offers of help.

Amazing site

Peter and Chris are the new owners. Really nice friendly couple, nothing too much trouble. The site is quiet and secluded with individual very large pitches. Definitely going to return.. Dogs loved it too Thanks for a great stay.. Jackie and Phil.

UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP!! Staying at present. Booked in last Friday for a week. Told when we booked in that Gerald was moving Tuesday so bit concerned about our stay . Need not have worried. Met new owner today. Lovely man. Going to continue running as a site for next year to see how it goes. Whether it will stay as adult only or not WATCH THIS SPACE. BEAUTIFUL SITE THOUGH AND WOULD DEF RETURN!!!!

Lovely site, friendly welcome.

Just spent 3 nights at this site & wanted to stay but was already booked in somewhere else 😤 Lovely, quiet lawned site. Gerald was very welcoming we had a lovely stay & will be back. TV ariel on loan, waste water pipes to feed into hedge on loan, free of charge as was the Wifi. £12 a night we loved it! Not far from the beach, a short drive down the lane, nice pub Poachers Pocket on the sea front and a nice Cafe a little further along. Hope I haven't praised this site too much as want to be able to get a pitch when we return 😀

Never disappoints

We have been coming here for 3 weeks every year for the last x number of years. Never disappoints, immaculately kept and always a warm welcome. Gerald and Chris are lovely warm people who will endeavour to help if they can and always makes you relax as soon as you arrive. Site naturally quiet except for the guinea fowl on the next property who occasionally come for a stroll through the garden (much to the delight and indignation of our cairn terrier!!! Peace is definitely destroyed then!!) However, it doesn't put them off and having chatted to the owners, apparently a regular occurrence with their dogs -poor guinea fowl! Well placed for the whole of the coast and good sea hugging road to Sheringham, Cromer, Gt Yarmouth and, of course the Norfolk Broads. Don't'the tell your friends - we will never be able to get on otherwise!!
