Why stay here ...

Claire and Dave would like to welcome you to Woodview; our peaceful little caravan site in Morrilow Heath situated in the beautiful Staffordshire countryside. Our site sits on the edge of our working farm in a private location with scenic countryside views.

Woodview is the perfect place to pitch your caravan if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle. There are some lovely countryside walks for you to explore around the local parish directly on foot from our site.

There are lots of local wildlife to enjoy and we are in close proximity to sleepy villages, pretty market towns as well as places of cultural and heritage interest.

We offer 5 grass pitches which are very spacious pitches which is currently ideal due to the need to social distance. All pitches have EHU and waterpoints.

Children are most welcome to the site and please feel free to bring your dog but they need to be kept on a lead at all times.

We are a small friendly site and are always happy to help make your stay as pleasant as possible. We look forward to welcoming you to this "little hidden gem" of a site in Morrilow Heath.

Fantastic site

This site is a credit to Claire & Dave. Communication was superb, site was exactly as described, with improvements planned on an already fab site. Claire was most welcoming and went above and beyond if there was anything anyone needed. ... even going to the shop for people Mozart the bull, mardy the cow and the 2 babies were beautiful, they were safe as the 5 geese were like their body guards. A gem of a site that will be difficult to beat for a CL out of the way for peace and tranquility. I’m confident Claire will make this site just perfect. We’ll be back

Brilliant first CL visit. Highly recommened

We have just spent 4 nights at Woodview CL and would thoroughly recommend it. So very peaceful, walks from the site (pubs within walking distance 👍), clean toilets (showers coming soon, I believe), washing up facilities, large pitches and cows and donkeys to say hi to. Our family have had a wonderful time, thanks Claire!

Lovely Little Gem

Stayed here for 2 nights 19//08 what can i say Claire is a great host, this is a lovely little campsite with just 5 pitches, the location is on a working farm and it was lovely to see the cows and geese, their are some lovely quiet roads around to walk along and look enviously at some of the beautiful houses around there. we will definitely be putting this on our comeback list of campsites,

Well worth a visit

Stayed at this relatively new CL site last weekend. Received a warm welcome from the owner Claire, who also during our stay went to the trouble of arranging a tyre repair for us! Good base to explore the area. A clean well kept site and it was an unexpected bonus to find there were toilets and also washing up facilities. Would definitely recommend this site.

Superb

Excellent CL site with lovely attention to detail. Fresh eggs on tap . Short drive to uttoxeter, stone and stoke on trent. If coming in on the A50 from stoke or cheadle I would recommend taking the Hillderstone road from Draycott going straight on past the hunter pub and after approximately 2 miles turn left at red traffic calming lines in road signposted morrilow heath. Highly recommended!!!
