We are a stone’s throw from Lantilio Crossenny where you can join Offa’s Dyke Path a 177 mile (285 Km) long walking trail renowned for its stunning landscape where a memorable walk amid spectacular countryside is guaranteed.

White Castle the best preserved and most imposing of the trio of Monmouthshire fortresses known as the ‘Three Castles’ is under 10 mins away.

The lively market town of Abergavenny (famous for its annual food festival) & Monmouth (the heart of the Wye Valley) are both within a 15 minute drive from our site.

If you would like to explore further afield the bustling Cardiff city centre (the largest in Wales) is just an hour drive away and offers many attractions including Cardiff castle, the National Museum of History - St Fagans, the International White Water centre & many wonderful theatres including the Millennium centre at Cardiff Bay.

On your return feel free to join us for the evening at The Halfway where you can enjoy home cooked meals using local produce. You are welcome to book a table while reserving your pitch to avoid disappointment. In the winter months we have our real fire lite and, in the summer, you can sit outside and enjoy our beautiful gardens.
