An absolute delightful site

Six Counties
Thank you to Amanda and Andrew who couldn’t have been more lovely. Very helpful and friendly. I hadn’t realised the site had no EHU but we managed perfectly with our gas and solar roof panel. We had a warm welcome by the pack of gorgeous dogs who made us feel very safe. We really enjoyed our stay here travelling into Cardiff each day. It was an even nicer site when the rain eventually cleared. Overall a fabulous experience and we had some laughs - love the John Deer buggy with all of its mod cons - hilarious. Thanks again for a wonderful stay, the gin and the coffee, hope to return next year.

So glad we found this CL. Andrew and Amanda (and the dogs) are so warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Directions were good and we found it no problem. Lovely cafe serving teas, coffees and bacon/sausage sandwiches (bacon cooked exactly to my liking...thank you Amanda!) Will definitely be back.

First time at this site and what a Jem. Andrew & Amanda are super friendly and gave a warm welcome. Food on site is top stuff. Lovely walks around the woodland grounds with clay shooting and fishery. Perfect hidden gem. Blissful time will be returning more as it's local for us. Newly opened It can only get better.

Beautiful place to stay

Six Counties
This is such a nice place to stay. It is a bit hidden, but following the instructions, makes it easy to find. All important staff you need ist available, chemical wasting point, fresh water, WLAN, a nice place to get some food and drinks, etc..... At the picknick place you've a stunning view. The owner ist super nice and it was a very warm welcome. It is close to a bus station which takes you either to Newport or Cardiff. Overall, we can just recommend this place and we will come back, for sure.
