Steamer Quay Club Campsite is due to undergo a full redevelopment.
Economy pitches will be converted to 46 new non-awning serviced pitches, which means we can welcome members and guests year round and with improved pitch accessibility. The work will also see new motor van waste points, new service points, a new electric vehicle charging point and a refurbishment of the toilet block.
The campsite is currently closed and is expected to reopen 1 October 2024 (updates will be provided nearer the time).
While staying at Steamer Quay Club Campsite, you are within easy reach of the historic Guildhall and museum. The picturesque village of Dartington is only a short stroll away, and with beautiful gardens, outdoor theatre and a cinema, Dartington Hall is well worth a visit. The Tuesday Pannier market is a convenient location for a spot of shopping - a popular event with locals and tourists alike, the stallholders dress in traditional Elizabethan costume and sell a vast range of fresh local produce. Boat trips to the pretty harbour town of Dartmouth leave from the dock just across the road from Steamer Quay. The caravan site promises a memorable break and the opportunity to absorb the traditional English life.
