Why stay here ...

Just 3 miles away from the pleasant village of Bransgore, you can find one the UK’s best caravan sites in the New Forest National Park. The caravan site in question is the New Forest Club site which was originally part of a Second World War airfield. In fact, parts of the original runway still exist and there is also a memorial to the New Forest Airfields just to the north of the caravan park, making this a very attractive destination should you be interested in war history.

Set amidst beautiful rolling countryside, New Forest Club Site has an open aspect and is home to The Club's celebratory Centenary Gardens with lovely bird life including Song Thrushes and Bullfinches. There is also an excellent dog walk plus loads of fun play equipment and a safe play field for younger visitors. The caravan site is a great base from which to explore the charming local landscapes by either foot or bike, with cycle routes starting as nearby as 200 yards. Conveniently located for visits to the busy towns of Christchurch, Poole and Bournemouth, the caravan park is also as well situated for a wealth of beaches and resorts for the perfect summer holiday.

A mobile fish and chip van visits this site. Please ask the site staff for more details.

Gorgeous Area

We arrived on a Thursday of the May half term having spent the first part of the week in the Isle of Wight. So, the site was very very busy! Wardens very friendly on arrival and said they were very full. So choice of a pitch was limited. We wanted a grass pitch and had to have a pitch which backed onto a lane. Not the best pitch on the site as cars and lorries passed at the back of our caravan. But, to be fair there are some excellent areas and pitches on this site as it is very large and had we arrived on a different day would have had more choice. It is again of an excellent standard and the facilities were great. Lovely and flat and great walks around the site and beyond. The best thing about this site is where it is. The New Forest is absolutely beautiful!!! We drove around and saw the most amazing villages with chocolate box cottages, stopping off for a walk in many of them. So many places to go! We were amazed at how lovely it was. Close to the coast too which is a bonus. Overall we had a great time and will return again.

As good as always

Unfortunately could only stay one night on Bank Holiday Sunday but very happy to report that despite being full, everywhere was spotless as usual. A warm friendly welcome from the team of Wardens. One of our favourite sites that we shall continue to visit regularly. Well done all concerned!

A really nice site which we have visited regularly

This is a lovely site which we have visited an quite a few occasions since it opened. It is an immaculately kept site and always has been. We found the wardens very friendly and helpful which filters through the site as it feels a friendly place. Just a note for the Caravan and Motorhome club,we feel there could be a few more all service pitches for a site this size.We would recommend this site to all members. Steve and Chris Cheltenham. A First Class Site One of the Best

We are just finishing our twelve day stay at the site, on arrival we we’re greeted by the very friendly duty warden who was most obliging in helping us choose the sort of pitch location we like and gave us some good ideas as to locations worth a visit in the area. Throughout our stay the wardens have worked tirelessly (even in monsoon weather) to ensure the site is kept in a tip-top condition and the facilities are a credit to the network. A special mention to our next door neighbours Stuart and his wife (Wardens at the site) who although their motorhome was surrounded by members were happy to give advice at any time of the day even on their rest day! In retirement we tend not to visit the same location twice but the centenary site will certainly be the exception to the rule both for The wonderful National Park and the excellent overal site.
