This year's Festival of the North is hosted by North Yorkshire Centre and takes place between the 17th and 27th August at Newby Hall near Ripon. We have live entertainment confirmed for the bank holiday Friday and Sunday and are hoping to book another act for the Saturday. We are planning a seventies night for Thursday evening with the "South American Mountains" so bring your curly wigs and platform shoes.
Other planned activities include kids disco/craft sessions, a kickstart competition, charity fete and tea dance. There will definitely be something for everyone so book your place soon.

Also on Thursday there will be a seventies night with a chance to wear those old flairs again.
