See Flying Scotsman in action throughout 2019 and beyond as it hauls special tours across the UK.

Starting at  Swanage Railway from 22–26 March there will be five non-stop runs per day between Swanage to Norden and then from 27 March – 10 April the Flying Scotsman will be on display at Swanage Railway. if anyone wants to visit, Haycraft Club Site in Dorset is just a few minutes walk from Swanage Railway and Hunters Moon Club Site is also nearby.

For more information and dates and locations,  visit: www.flyingscotsman.org.uk/events/scotsman-on-the-tracks/

I  say  that  'cos  the  pressures  mounting  from  the  "Ecology Warriors"

Polluting  for  Pleasure  is  one  of  their  phrases  aimed  at  anything  that  burns  coal  &  raises  a  smile

Emissions from locomotives such as that are "clean" pollution compared to what comes out of the diesels currently battering up the main line.  If you really want to see pollution, look at a cruise ship - once away from shore.
