Membership Question

Hi everyone, I have been trying to join the Caravan & Motorhome Club, but for some reason once i've put my details in and click on 'continue' it literally does nothing, I have tried on 3 different laptops and mobile phones too. Is there a website issue? We were hoping to get somewhere booked asap as we're looking to go away on Monday, hopefully to a CL site. (I've just registered now to join the 'Club Together' area of the website to be able to ask this question but struggling with actual Membership).
