My site bookings

I have just logged onto my site bookings and all the bookings I have made for this year have disappeared. Is the booking system having technical issues.

Why all the panic,I go by the e-mail receipts the Club send out.This is what I take into the site office,even if it is on my phone.

They would be as useful as a chocolate teapot if there wasn’t actually a booking on the system as the CC had lost it.

Really, If the web site had crashed,I would of thought an old fashioned paper trail would have been invaluable.

Yes I did check my files and found ours plus we were once asked to produce our booking receipt by a warden to confirm we had booked prior to a price rise so paid the old price

Rowena, evening. Thanks for your post of 23/02/21 13.03 confirming issues resolved. Sorry to tell you no they’re not. All bookings made I’ve made missing when I’ve just checked🙈😷

Ignore my last post - signed in again and my bookings are now appearing - strange! Anyway, hope everyone is well & hopefully we can all get out and about touring again this year. Look forward to meeting old and new friends.

Mine are there.  I've just been on to cancel the booking I had before April 12th as per email instructions.  Keeping fingers crossed that bookings post 12th April will now be OK.
