Currently, the offer is buy £100 and you'll get £120 in site vouchers.

I just want to be clear, if I buy the site vouchers, for e.g £300 and have a holiday booked few next year in Easter on a Club Site, can I use the entire £360 that i'll receive in vouchers towards these sites fees?

In short, I can use all of the vouchers towards the site fees, I realise no change is given which isn't a concern, just that I can use all/any vouchers I buy towards 1 stay on a site etc?   (as long as they're used before the end of 2021 i think the current offer is available for?

Thankyou

That is my understanding but you could check with the club.

That is correct the vouchers you buy now (if offer still on) are valid until Dec 2021 and can be used for part or whole pitch fees   but no change is given as in line with most vouchers bought anywhere

Just watched a video today of the director of the caravan club ...Nick , and he was speaking of the changes  the club were bringing in when they hopefully open back up . He spoke of not entering reception to check in , but having your phone and credit card to pay your bill instead.
i assume the vouchers have numbers on them so that we can still use them to pay with ? I dont want vouchers sitting there and have to pay on a credit card . Does anyone know how they will get round this?

He also spoke of people using their own facilities on board ...so with toilets shut , will the fees be reduced to reflect that ?
I did phone to ask a couple of questions today , but waited 20 mins on the phone ...not the staffs fault i know they are under pressure

I  also saw the video  of Nick discussing the changes that the club are making for when the sites reopen. We have sites booked for July  and some in August. We have bought site vouchers to cover the cost of staying on the sites to enable us to benefit from the discount.I'm expecting to use the vouchers, but I don't know how the system will work  if staff have to count all the vouchers out when we arrive in reception. We could put the vouchers in an envelope with our name, membership number, address, phone number etc to be counted a few days later.

Can the club tell me how to use the  vouchers and keep the reception staff safe please.

You would likely need to contact the club to discover. Personally I do not see a problem. After all cashiers in supermarkets sat behind screens handle produce that I have handle and simply carry out the transactions and then clean their hands. I do the same when I return to my vehicle ..... it is becoming a way of life.

If they don't have some way of remote use, it rather blows NL's contactless check in out of the water. Although I haven't bought any they seem to have been popular. Therefore at least initially (the very time you want contactless) there will be quite a few folks paying with them.

That had also occurred to me, even though we haven't bought the vouchers, there are plenty who appear to have done so.  And as they are paper vouchers, how can they be redeemed contactless undecided

I did contact the club a few days ago to ask something else and had to wait 25 mins before they answered the phone and even then were not too sure ....it was a question to do with whether i could have a mix of £10 and £20 denominations in vouchers as i have ordered so many. I think they are on so few staff at the mo.....no one answers . Please note not a criticism of the club....people are just doing their best aren’t they .

I didn't know to ask about this query then as it was before Nicks video , but i’m not really sure at this stage they will know the answer to this either .

i cant imagine them not letting you use them though , they would be in breach of contract surely .

I agree with you EasyT  cashiers use them behind screens etc dont they .....it is becomes a way of life . I agree. Fingers crossed ...i hope

Morning

There will be a system in place to safely book in which includes payment either by card, voucher or cash. Details are being discussed as it will obviously be site specific. Watch this space.
