When can we travel and stay in Wales?

UK Govt., say we can travel in ENGLAND on the 12th and only stay self catering  accomodation in England.

Welsh Govt., are allowing people to travel to and from Wales on the 12th.

So can I travel and stay in Wales on the 12th in my caravan or do I have to stay at a site in England and travel over border and return to my caravan each day in in England.

Its been an excellent weather week here in North Wales. Cool at night perhaps. Plenty of M/H on the roads and sites seem quite busy. The static and seasonal pitch people have arrived. Everyone seem to be acting responsibly in town and shops. Very little open and really only good for walkers and cyclists
