New tyres

Had a similar problem with mine. I took a photo of the tyre markings to the garage I use and they sorted out the correct replacements.

It's difficult to find the correct tyres online as they only really cater for cars but my garage have access to their wholesalers site and quickly found the correct one.

I'd find another tyre place. If no aspect ratio shown ie 30/40/50% of the width, then the tyre is not low profile and is 80% (I think ...?) 

The tyer was on caravan when i bought it 

The van is only nearly 3 years old so think its the original tyer its just crazy the ratio is not stated on tyer and when you look it up on elddis web site it stil dosnt state ratio on there but gives all the other sizes .

I had same problem today took tyer with me to few tyer garages but they dont do caravan tyers even thou on there websites they say they do .

when you say 'tyre garages' do you mean the likes of Kwkfit & ATS? You need to find a proper local independent tyre place. 

as said above, if no aspect ratio shown, then it's not 'low profile' & is 80% .. caravans aren't the first to not have low profiles fitted

Why don’t you try a caravan repairers they will fit new tyres and reset your motor mover if you have one. I once got new tyres at ATS size was like for like but the mover didn’t engage properly.
