Alde 3020HE problems

In July I bought a new Majestic 275, in preference to the 175, because it has Alde heating.

However, the circulation pump is not circulating any heat but keeps starting and stopping every few seconds, getting progressively noisier. Gas or electric makes no difference. The Dealer (part of the UK's largest dealer network) seems unable to look at it until 17th September. This is apparently due to staff holidays.

Customer care and service goes out the window once they have your money.

Has anyone experienced similar symptoms? As far as I know it does not need bleeding.
