I have a Taylormade screen cover which is now getting on for seven years old. I have noticed during recent trips that the Velcro is not a effective as it once was and is now discoloured, so I contacted Taylormade to see if they could replace the Velcro. Indeed they can, my screen was sent off and returned pretty quickly with new Velcro, even on the bits that go around the mirror! I thought this excellent service but the best bit was that it only cost £12 including return postage. Well pleasedsmile

I have had mine for only 18 months and of all the extras I have purchased this has been the best.  Easy to fit, a really good fit  that keeps out the light and avoids condensation and easy to store.  The quality of the product and your experience shows that this is the type of company we should support,

Based near Holmfirth. Next generation has now taken over, business is thriving. Silver Screens are very similar as well.

I should probably own up to the fact that I did leave the cover on the van over a couple of winters in the back garden which I think is against the general instructions for use and I suspect this has contributed the deterioration of the Velcro, I am sure  with recommend use I would not have needed to have the Velcro replaced. Fortunately the original cover also fits my new van as they were both on Boxer cabs.

I did wonder how they had deteriorated, but have seen a few semi green examples out there!😁 Ours are over five years now, but never left on and always carefully dried out properly. Good as new.

Ours are about the same age, TDA, and also good as new. We're still using the set bought for the Sprinter as they fit well enough on the Pug.

No real problem doing that, David, when you consider the almost 12 month year round use that some 'vanners put them to !

Oh modern materials -- aren't they just wonderful  smile !!

We bought our first set in 2005. We've used them in extreme cold to keep in the heat, and in extreme heat to keep out the sun! We wore out the first set touring 6 months of the year for 11 years, and now we're on our second set. In recent years they're not getting as much use as before but still being used on all our trips.
