I have had a problem contacting a caravan accessory supplier, Camp Europe (https://caravan-parts.store.buegle.com/). They sent me a confirmation of order, but when I tried to contact them to enquire about non-delivery, the telephone number given does not accept incoming calls and there is no response to emails. Payment has been taken. Has anyone had any experience of these people?

I have not had any dealings with them but checking on google, their registered office address ( 2 Naomi Close) is a residential detached house in Chester. Given the size of there product range, I assume they are not operating out of their garage and are just middle men passing on the order and taking a cut.

My experience of them is about 4 years old. They were the only people that could supply a replacement light fitting for our German van at short notice. They replied to my email promptly and the goods arrived very quickly. Not cheap but they did what they had to do

Thanks for the replies. They appeared to be the only company offering the parts I need for my German motorhome. Allegedly, they have form on non-delivery. I have contacted my CC company for a refund and alerted the Online Dispute Resolution service. My major concern is the website is still operating, yet no contact with the company is possible if (or when) they fail to deliver.

Have only just seen this post and wish I had seen it earlier. This company are atrocious (being extremely polite!) Their phone states it doesn't receive incoming calls, they don't answer their emails and after putting a plea for help on a few forums cannot believe that they are still trading. They have scammed so many people.
Please do not use these people
