How to choose storage? (Somerset)

We're about to get our first caravan, and need to find year round storage as we won't be able to get it to our house. Anything we do with the van (loading, washing, repair etc.) will have to be done at the storage facility.

We know to check the following:

  • we can put the van into storage and get it out again ourselves
  • there will be electricity and water available
  • the site is secure
  • there is room to get into the van in its storage location.

Are there other things we should look for?

If anyone has a recommendation for a suitable site in N Somerset, that would be helpful.
