At the end of last year & early this year I'd booked a number of club sites to coincide with the school holidays, 2 weeks at Easter, 1 week at whit and then 3 weeks in the summer all in English based sites. Following last nights government announcements that campsites could open from the 12th April I went in to my CAMC account to amend to the Easter booking as this started from the Easter weekend and went till the 18th April. I was concerned to find that I couldn't see any of the bookings that I'd placed.
I spoke to a friend who had similar issues and also couldn't see their bookings. I wondered if any other CAMC members had seen the same issue and if so how it had been resolved with the club? Were you able to recover your existing bookings?
