Clumber Park closure - alternative

Hi. I was hoping to stay at Clumber Park so that I could visit a relative in the Doncaster area. Any alternative site suggestions for a 2 night stay not too far from the A1 will be gratefully received. Thanks

You could try Milestone just north of Newark at Cromwell just off the A1 page 133,in the directory

You could consider Poolsbrook country park, easy access to M1. It is 25 miles from the centre of Doncaster via M1 and M18. Clumber is 21 miles.

Poolsbrook Country Park - 12 miles (West) is the nearest club site. There are a few CLs, 23 in number within 20 mls of Doncaster, so you should be able to find a pitch on one of those.

Sunnyview Touring Park if you want to be 10 minutes from Doncaster.

You could try here, if it is open. 15 minutes from A1, 20 minutes from Doncaster town centre. Might be busy during school holidays.
