Well we are very lucky we have received confirmation that we can stay on site  with others for the forceable future πŸ˜“(site now on lockdown)

obviously we are paying our pitch fees , but of course with Easter looming and higher rates for what would be high season (school holidays) plus Easter bank holiday, appear to be cancelled by all and sundry, government/churches , what’s your opinion on the cc charging us full holiday rates , pitch fees ,

do you think they should or not

Comment from the Community Manager:

In line with government guidelines, we have agreed members that are either key workers or, with no fixed abode can remain on site. For the few members that are with us, the Club have now confirmed that pricing will continue at the rates applicable on 22nd March, the date of closure. This will continue for the period we are closed commercially, until 30th June 2020. If you are still on site and have any questions about pricing or booking during this period, please call the site office and they can discuss this with you. We wish all our members, their families and those dear, the very best during the months ahead, keep well and safe. Do keep an eye on our website for further updates.

You're not the only one TW.

Even if you are on a site, what are you going to do if you don't like it if the club charge Easter prices? Find another site?

Worrying about this sort of expenditure just seems so irrelevant in these times. Pay up if they ask.

Number of us on site due for one reason or another have no permanent home to go to , yes all sites are closed, this is not a holiday site more of a stop over if your travelling , nobody’s moaning against paying fees at all , and we are all so grateful we can stay after government intervention, just someone asked will they or won’t they charge Easter fees

I'm still confused. Is it or isn't it a CAMC site?

I can't see anyone knowing the answer to your query except whoever runs the site you are on. Best to ask them.

Not trying to be awkward, just cannot see anyone on here knowing.

Which site are we talking about? If you've got no permanent home to go to I'd have thought Easter fees would be the least of your worries.

Seems it’s not a club site despite the comment about CC charging full site fees.

I think you’re lucky to have a site to stay on at all in the present circumstances, tbh, and you won’t find the site full of children and holidaymakers this Easter unless they’re happy to pay the fines imposed on them for making unnecessary journeys.

As has been said, have a chat with the site owner.πŸ‘πŸ»

Oh, to be in the position of paying full fees this Easter. Tis but a dream.😏

It’s a CC site , don’t think anyone’s refusing to pay at all , we are all paying site fees now , it’s just someone ask and nobody new if Easter charges / rates would apply. Just wondered if there was any opinions and what you thought , will probably find out , it does seem to be a conundrum as government has said no bank holidays no Easter even the church seem to be giving Easter as we no it a miss ,

If it's a CAMC site you need to speak to the warden or contact the club.

I'm assuming this site is housing fulltimers and, as such, is exempted from closure under the Govt regulations.

Profiteering, really? The site is open and running and needs to be paid for. I repeat, speak to the warden and/or the club.

Being charged the listed price for Easter is NOT profiteering, just be thankful you have a site to stay on. Hope you have a good time.
